FEDCOAT - STE
FedCoat - STE is a two component polyamine cured surface tolerant epoxy coating. It is an abrasion resistant high volume solids glass flake reinforced coating, specially designed to provide excellent corrosion protection and can be used as a primer where grit/sandblasting is challenging. It can be used as a primer, mid coat or final coat in atmospheric and submerged conditions.
FEDPRIME -VE
FedPrime -VE, is a two component modified vinyl ester primer designed to give increased adhesive strength, superior resistance to abrasion and severe mechanical stresses while having a greater degree of durability and elongation. FedPrime -VE is indicated for steel and s/steel substrates under constant high temperatures.
FedPrime RT
FedPrime – RT is a single component, water based, fast drying, rust tolerant, acrylic polymer primer, designed to provide excellent exterior performance properties. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion, corrosion protection and UV resistance on metal substrates. It is a “Direct To Rust” coating and can be applied directly to rusted steel substrates with minimal surface preparation. Most RAL colours available. FedPrime – RT can be applied to all types of ferrous metal substrates.
FedPrime MC808
FedPrime MC808 Epoxy Primer is a two-component moisture insensitive, epoxy based primer for cementitious and steel substrates. FedPrime MC808 Primer is designed to have good penetrating properties on concrete substrates. It is a suitable primer for a wide range of epoxy and polyurethane coating & lining systems. It can be applied by brush and roller onto concrete, steel, or cementitious substrates. It is a moisture curing product and will shield linings & coatings from up to 98% moisture in concrete substrates. It can also be used for preventing rising damp.
FedPrime MC809
FedPrime MC809 Epoxy Primer is a two-component moisture insensitive, epoxy based primer for cementitious and steel substrates. FedPrime MC809 Primer is designed to have good penetrating properties on concrete substrates. It is a suitable primer for a wide range of epoxy and polyurethane coating & lining systems. It can be applied by brush and roller onto concrete, steel, or cementitious substrates. It is a moisture curing product and will shield linings & coatings from up to 98% moisture as well as oils, diesel & greasy deposits in concrete substrates. It can also be used for prevention of rising damp.
FedPrime XP308
FedPrime XP308 Polyurethane Primer is a single component polyurethane primer for bonding PU linings to old PU linings & coatings, aluminium, stainless steel, fibreglass, PVC, wood, & steel substrates. FedPrime XP308 Primer is designed to have good adhesion properties on most substrates. It is a suitable primer for a wide range of polyurethane coating & lining systems. It can be applied by brush and roller or by spray application
