FedChem 98
FedChem 98 is a specialized, solvent free novolac epoxy with excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis and aliphatic solvents. It is supplied in Grey or Red colours, or as a clear laminating resin for use with fiberglass or carbon fibre.
FedChem GFVE
FedChem-GFVE, is a multi-component glass flake reinforced vinyl ester coating with outstanding resistance to most acids, alkalis and chemicals. It is a high build fast curing barrier coating. It can be used as a primer, mid coat or final coat, in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedChem-GFVE is indicated for steel and concrete substrates. It does not require a primer when applied to prepared steel substrates. It is supplied in Grey or Off White colours.
FedChem IPE
FedChem-IPE, is a Highly Chemical Resistant Sprayable Polyethylene Lining system indicated for industrial acid proofing applications that are subject to severe mechanical and chemical exposure. Applied at a DFT of 0.5 – 1.5 mm FedChem-IPE is resistant to almost all chemicals – (Chemical Resistance Chart available upon request). It can be applied to metal substrates as well as concrete substrates and over expansion joints.
FedChem NVE
FedChem-NVE, is a two component novolac vinyl ester coating with outstanding resistance to most acids, alkalis and chemicals in medium to high temperature environments. It is a high build fast curing barrier coating. It can be used as a mid-coat or final coat, in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedChem-NVE is indicated for steel, s/steel and concrete substrates. It is supplied in White and Off White colours.
FedChem PFS
FedChem-PFS, is a Chemical Resistant Polyurethane floor screed system indicated for industrial flooring applications that are subject to severe mechanical and chemical conditions. Applied at a thickness of 8 - 9mm FedChem-PFS is resistant to almost all chemicals – (Chemical Resistance Chart available upon request). It can also be applied to green (uncured) concrete floors that is 7 days or older.
FedChem PWS
FedChem-PWS, is a Chemical Resistant Polyurethane wall screed system indicated for industrial walling applications that are subject to severe mechanical and chemical conditions. Applied at a thickness of 4 - 5mm FedChem-PWS is resistant to almost all chemicals – (Chemical Resistance Chart available upon request). It can also be applied to green (uncured) concrete walls that is 7 days old.
FedChem TGS
FedChem TGS is a two component solvent free epoxy resin coating. It is a purpose specific coating with exceptional chemical resistance against all petroleum products as well as dilute acids and alkalis, aliphatic solvents and sea water. It can be used as a primer, mid coat and final coat in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedChem TGS can be applied to metal & concrete substrates.
FedChem WB
FedChem – WB is a single component, water based, direct to metal, fast drying, anti-rust, acrylic polymer coating and topcoat, all in one product, designed to provide excellent exterior performance properties. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion, corrosion protection and UV resistance in one easy to apply product. Most RAL colours available. FedChem – WB can be applied to all types of ferrous metal substrates.
FedCoat UVH
FedCoat UVH is a two component UV Stable (aliphatic) poly-ester based polyurethane coating. It has a high gloss finish and is a high solids, fast drying, marine grade product. The coating is flexible, impact & abrasion resistant and has good chemical resistance to mild acids & alkalis as well as petroleum products & salt water. FedCoat UVH can be tinted
FedLine 322
FedLine 322 is a two component novolac vinyl ester lining system, containing glass flake and silicon carbide, with outstanding resistance to most acids, alkalis and chemicals in medium to high temperature environments, as well as excellent wear & abrasion resistance. It is a high build fast curing barrier lining. It can be used in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedLine 322 is indicated for steel, s/steel and concrete substrates.
FedLine CA98
The FedLine CA98 lining system is based on the FedChem 98 product characteristics, and is a medium-duty lining system that is designed primarily for the protection of concrete in areas that are subjected to severe chemical attack. It is formulated using a high-performance chemical resistant novolac epoxy resin, reinforced with a fibreglass membrane together with a filled base coat.
FedLine CN98
The FedLine CN98 lining system is based on the FedChem 98 product characteristics, and is a heavy-duty lining system that is designed primarily for the protection of steel and concrete in areas that are subjected to severe chemical attack. It is formulated using a high-performance chemical resistant novolac epoxy resin, reinforced with a fibreglass membrane together with a filled base coat.
