FedCoat GFPE
FedCoat-GFPE, is a multi-component glass flake reinforced poly ester coating with outstanding resistance to wear & abrasion. It is a high build, fast curing, high physical strength coating. It can be used as a primer, mid coat or final coat, in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedCoat-GFPE is indicated for steel and concrete substrates. It does not require a primer when applied to sufficiently prepared steel substrates. It is supplied in Grey or White colours only.
FedCoat GFEX
FedCoat – GFEX is a two component polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is an abrasion resistant high volume solids, high build coating, specially designed to be used in areas with very high wear & abrasion challenges. It is glass flake reinforced for enhanced wear & abrasion resistance. It can be used as a primer, mid coat or final coat in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedCoat – GFEX can be applied to all types of metal or concrete substrates.
FedCoat HBE
FedCoat - HBE is a two component high build, solvent free epoxy coating. It is an abrasion resistant 100% volume solids coating specially designed to be used as a hardwearing epoxy coating in high wear & abrasion flooring applications.
FedCoat Tuff-Pro
FedCoat Tuff-Pro is a single component, water based, fast drying, acrylic polymer coating designed to provide excellent wear & abrasion performance properties on floors, bricks and roads. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion, protection, flexibility and UV resistance in one easy to apply product. Most RAL colours available. FedCoat Tuff-Pro can be applied to all types of concrete, brick and tar road substrates.
FedLine 321
FedLine 321 Hi-wear Epoxy is an innovative, advanced epoxy resin system containing alumina ceramic beads, especially designed to give long lasting protection to plant equipment subjected to high abrasion. It is a 100% volume solids, high build lining, specially designed to be used in areas with very high wear & abrasion challenges. FedLine 321 can be applied to all types of metal or concrete substrates.
FedLine 322
FedLine 322 is a two component novolac vinyl ester lining system, containing glass flake and silicon carbide, with outstanding resistance to most acids, alkalis and chemicals in medium to high temperature environments, as well as excellent wear & abrasion resistance. It is a high build fast curing barrier lining. It can be used in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedLine 322 is indicated for steel, s/steel and concrete substrates.
