Acrylics

FedPrime – RT

FedPrime – RT is a single component, water based, fast drying, rust tolerant, acrylic polymer primer, designed to provide excellent exterior performance properties. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion, corrosion protection and UV resistance on metal substrates. It is a “Direct To Rust” coating and can be applied directly to rusted steel substrates with minimal surface preparation. Most RAL colours available. FedPrime – RT can be applied to all types of ferrous metal substrates.

FEDCOAT - WB

FedCoat – WB is a single component, water based, direct to metal, fast drying, anti-rust, acrylic polymer coating and topcoat, all in one product, designed to provide excellent exterior performance properties. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion, corrosion protection and UV resistance in one easy to apply product. Most RAL colours available. FedCoat – WB can be applied to all types of ferrous metal substrates.

FEDCOAT TUFF-PRO

FedCoat Tuff-Pro is a single component, water based, fast drying, acrylic polymer coating designed to provide excellent wear & abrasion performance properties on floors, bricks and roads. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion, protection, flexibility and UV resistance in one easy to apply product. Most RAL colours available. FedCoat Tuff-Pro can be applied to all types of concrete, brick and tar road substrates.

FEDSEAL - WPS

FedSeal - WPS is a single component, water based, acrylic emulsion, water proofing sealant. It is like Liquid Roof Rubber. The acrylic backbone resin increases adhesion and provides long-term colour stability. The product cures into a durable, flexible, UV stable and weather resistant lining and is suitable for outdoor & indoor applications. FedSeal – WPS is also available with fibre reinforcement already embedded in the product (no need for a separate membrane).

FED-THATCH FP1 & FP2

Fed-Thatch FP1 & FP2 comprises of a co-polymer emulsion combined with a fire retardant component. The co-polymer emulsion acts as a binding mechanism for the retardant component to migrate into the thatch helm. This process takes 21 days on average. A white, powdery, non-toxic by-product will form as evidence of the product being fully cured. It will wash out with the first rain.
