FEDCOAT - STE
FedCoat - STE is a two component polyamine cured surface tolerant epoxy coating. It is an abrasion resistant high volume solids glass flake reinforced coating, specially designed to provide excellent corrosion protection and can be used as a primer where grit/sandblasting is challenging. It can be used as a primer, mid coat or final coat in atmospheric and submerged conditions.
FedCoat GFEX
FedCoat – GFEX is a two component polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is an abrasion resistant high volume solids, high build coating, specially designed to be used in areas with very high wear & abrasion challenges. It is glass flake reinforced for enhanced wear & abrasion resistance. It can be used as a primer, mid coat or final coat in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedCoat – GFEX can be applied to all types of metal or concrete substrates.
FedLine 321
FedLine 321 Hi-wear Epoxy is an innovative, advanced epoxy resin system containing alumina ceramic beads, especially designed to give long lasting protection to plant equipment subjected to high abrasion. It is a 100% volume solids, high build lining, specially designed to be used in areas with very high wear & abrasion challenges. FedLine 321 can be applied to all types of metal or concrete substrates.
FedChem 98
FedChem 98 is a specialized, solvent free novolac epoxy with excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis and aliphatic solvents. It is supplied in Grey or Red colours, or as a clear laminating resin for use with fiberglass or carbon fibre.
FedChem TGS
FedChem TGS is a two component solvent free epoxy resin coating. It is a purpose specific coating with exceptional chemical resistance against all petroleum products as well as dilute acids and alkalis, aliphatic solvents and sea water. It can be used as a primer, mid coat and final coat in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FedChem TGS can be applied to metal & concrete substrates.
FedCoat HBE
FedCoat - HBE is a two component high build, solvent free epoxy coating. It is an abrasion resistant 100% volume solids coating specially designed to be used as a hardwearing epoxy coating in high wear & abrasion flooring applications.
FedLine CA98
The FedLine CA98 lining system is based on the FedChem 98 product characteristics, and is a medium-duty lining system that is designed primarily for the protection of concrete in areas that are subjected to severe chemical attack. It is formulated using a high-performance chemical resistant novolac epoxy resin, reinforced with a fibreglass membrane together with a filled base coat.
FedLine CN98
The FedLine CN98 lining system is based on the FedChem 98 product characteristics, and is a heavy-duty lining system that is designed primarily for the protection of steel and concrete in areas that are subjected to severe chemical attack. It is formulated using a high-performance chemical resistant novolac epoxy resin, reinforced with a fibreglass membrane together with a filled base coat.
FedFlow 522
FedFlow 522 is a two component solvent free, high glass-flake content, epoxy coating. It is an abrasion resistant, high flow, high build coating, specially designed to be used in areas with very high wear & abrasion challenges and where material flow is of utmost importance.
FedFood 511
FEDFOOD 511 is a two component solvent free, high build epoxy coating utilizing resins that are compliant with the requirements of FDA regulation 21CFR 175.300 for coatings or linings in contact with food, edible oils, drinking water or alcoholic beverages containing up to 12% alcohol by volume. It is specially designed to provide excellent corrosion protection and can be used in atmospheric and submerged conditions. FEDFOOD 511 can be applied to all types of metal and concrete substrates. May also be used with fibreglass reinforcing.
FedCoat SKWB
FedCoat - SKWB is a two component water based epoxy coating with a semi-gloss finish. It is an abrasion resistant low VOC, non-toxic, solvent free epoxy coating specially designed to be used in environmentally sensitive areas. It can be used as a mid coat or final coat in atmospheric conditions. FedCoat - SKWB can be applied to concrete & metal substrates.
