FedGuard 999
FedGuard 999 is a highly concentrated cleaning agent & rust inhibitor for all types of substrates. It will remove visible contaminants such as oil, grease and dirt, and also non-visible surface contaminants such as chlorides, phosphates, sulphates & nitrates (salts). It evaporates and leaves no residue or film on the substrate and has very good corrosion inhibition properties, guarding against surface/flash rust between substrate preparation phase and paint application.
Abrasive Grit Blasting
Proper substrate and surface preparation is vital in the lining & coating industry. Most lining and coating failures can be attributed to bad or in-sufficient substrate preparation.
Hydro-blasting
We also do Mobile Sandblasting and Dustless Hydro-blasting on site, so that your assets do not have to be transported – minimising the risk to your plant and machinery.
